Refund & Returns Policy – Mobile Motor Factors

Overview

At Mobile Motor Factors, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.


Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electrical parts once fitted

  • Hazardous materials, oils, or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards and downloadable software

  • Certain health or personal care products


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for this to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or supplied in error. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@mobilemotorfactors.com or by phone before sending your item back.


Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error. For higher-value items, we recommend using tracked delivery.
